I paid $3.50 to use their outside ATM. Then went inside and asked if they would break a $20 bill. The staff said they would not without me having an account there or give all my personal information to open an account. Uhh NO!! No wonder why people do not bank with this bank. Take your money and business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
If Comerica was a convenience store it would be circle k. Nobody can answer questions without asking somebody. When there's two people in front of you it's going to take forever. I wish my employer would use somebody else.
