Firstly, the office is clean and open and very inviting. Meet first with Donna. My previous insurance raised my rates to $753 for 3 cars. So I was on the hunt for a new one. She walked me through the process and then Ryan took over. He sat there going over every room in my house to ensure we got what we needed. Then their quote for the same 3 cars over half off the other place. We signed up and had a great chat with almost everyone in the office. I look forward to working with them.
Aways very Professional. Have been with Donna for 31 years. With house, cars and life Insurance. Always takes time to listen to and presents the best coverage and then makes sure you understand any and all changes and price. A real pleasure doing business with her and staff.
I would like to start off with that this office is the most unprofessional office there is, they do not know how to follow basic instructions and clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. Ryan, Maggie & Heather and completely have screwed up not only my insurance but also my wife’s insurance.
