A few days before my appointment, I spoke to Kai about my eyelashes. She didn’t realize it at the time, but she sold me on how knowledgeable she was about eyelashes. When I went in for my appointment yesterday, I was really impressed with her work on adding the individual lashes to mine. She didn’t overbook and took her time. I will definitely be going back to her shop. Thanks, Kai!
