can never get through to someone. Normally on hold for a long time, just to find out they have to transfer you to a different department.
Over an hour wait for the customer support line? Insanity. I m going over there in person next week. I also do not see a consumer complaints email or anything. If they are not responsive to my complaints and inquiries ill have to go to the media.
That Kevin Otte guy never answers the phone or returns calls.
