Comed is the worse company. They never help and act offended when you ask for help. They disconnected my service with no warning when I called to get this resolved they transfer me to 7 different departments
This is the worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve lived in several states. Nearly two years after starting service, they randomly put a deposit on my account because apparently I violated their payment guidelines? What does that even mean? I pay as soon as I get the bill in my mailbox. Having a $400 deposit slipped into your bill without notice is insane. Of course, they know they’re the only provider for the area, so they can get away with it. Crooks from the bottom to the top.
A horrible company run by horrible people. The only reason they’re still in business is because they’re a monopoly.
