I am in utter shock of this company. I’ve moved my business since 2022. For 3 years now I’ve gone through pure hell. At the beginning of our move we had a tech come and check on the meters ,all to have the wrong meter numbers added to my accounts. Once the meter numbers were fixed, my account was backdated and was charged loads of back charges that had no grace period to pay back, for a mistake that was caused by them. They dont want to talk in person any more Worst customer service Best way go to nearest currency exchange tell them that you want to activate comed they will give you some confirmation numbers After that call that 800 EDISON1 number go to social security # option And press zero ,it will take long time but someone will pick up and help you with anything you need

Comed is the worse company. They never help and act offended when you ask for help. They disconnected my service with no warning when I called to get this resolved they transfer me to 7 different departments
