Called on a tuesday to transfer my service. Since I was moving. They said there was going to be power on our move in date. Once we got to the new apartment. No power whatsoever. Ridiculous.
This company is garbage. 15hrs without electricity and they haven’t fixed it. All my fish are death.
My parents lights have been off since 4:00ish, the com Ed website isn’t easy to read regarding the outage information. Poor service. No accountability. There are elders on oxygen. Where are our leaders? 😭
