That terrible customer service call online After 4 hours of online calls, including two calls that went through, and the cell phone recorded, and there was a voice, the customer service would just say, "I can't hear you," and we're really frustrated, because it's clear that we're already on the phone, and it's so hard to get through, but they pretend they can't hear us.
Been trying to pay my bill....hours calling different numbers just trying to get a live agent. Ridiculous how their things so damn difficult
Horrible customer support!
Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I started my electric service a week prior to move in. When I moved in over the weekend, no electric in the apt. They advertise 24/7 service online, but I couldn’t get a hold of a representative. Still trying to get a hold of someone and been on hold for an hour. Utterly idiotic. Our electricity just went out. Since it's not an issue in the rest of the building, I log in to find out if there's anything wrong with our auto-pay. I am greeted by this infuriating message: "If you’ve ended service at your address, access to your account has also ended. If you require further assistance with your account, please contact our Customer Care Center." I DID NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. And now I can't get in to fix anything at all. The best part?
