Ronald M is right on the money. STAY AWAY FROM COMDOC!!! I told their rep year and a half ago we were done when the lease was up in 2020. He said fine. did not mention that there is an auto renewal, did not facilitate the end of the contract. Then the president of the company says don't talk to us, talk to the leasing agent. Who? I leased it from you. No, you didn't according to him. Cost me thousands extra. SCAM company because they keep you in the dark instead of explain options. DO NOT USE!!
Terrible customer service and a trap. There is no option for early termination if say your business ends. They don't even want to take back the copier to secure it and have you keep paying the monthly lease. They insist you pay the entire remainder of the lease up front and have you pay for shipping the copier back. They never have trouble getting the old copier out when bringing in a new one, and never charged for it. Now, they want to charge because they allegedly cannot pick up copiers.
