We have had 2 contracts with this company. The first contract was great. When we renewed we had new reps and they do not respond. Their AR/AP does not apply payments correctly and expect you to pay late fees even after they admit it was their fault. We send emails several times a month and it will be 6 month before we hear anything back because they want the late fee money. When you show proof that about the issue they go silent again. HORRIBLE company
Absolute WORST service I have ever encountered. I avoided this awful place for YEARS at my last job, and my current place of employment insisted we use them no matter how much I tried to warn them. Now we're stuck in a lease with this sh!t company for 5 years, paying for a machine we can't even use. I've left messages with service and my rep a dozen times and 0 reply. DO NOT EVER USE COM DOC OR XEROX unless you hate yourself or your company.
How do you reach a manager at Com-Doc Columbus. I have tried for weeks to get a revised invoice, talked to 4 employees and numerous emails, but no one can help. Terrible customer service. No way to reach management. Phone number listed online doesn't work.
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. The copiers never performed to level we were promised. The service was mediocre. When our lease was up, we couldn’t get out fast enough but now, months after returning the printers and settling our account, we continue to be hounded relentlessly by accounts receivable for a monthly service charge on equipment we no longer have. It’s absurd. Do not do business with this company.
