We have had 2 contracts with this company. The first contract was great. When we renewed we had new reps and they do not respond. Their AR/AP does not apply payments correctly and expect you to pay late fees even after they admit it was their fault. We send emails several times a month and it will be 6 month before we hear anything back because they want the late fee money. When you show proof that about the issue they go silent again. HORRIBLE company
Absolute WORST service I have ever encountered. I avoided this awful place for YEARS at my last job, and my current place of employment insisted we use them no matter how much I tried to warn them. Now we're stuck in a lease with this sh!t company for 5 years, paying for a machine we can't even use. I've left messages with service and my rep a dozen times and 0 reply. DO NOT EVER USE COM DOC OR XEROX unless you hate yourself or your company.
