Can’t talk to a live agent
Disgusting business practices that will squeeze money out of all consumers. Pick any other company if you can. We were told we had no equipment to return them lo and behold we did have equipment to return and no one could help us because we moved from out of state. Avoid Comcast at all costs. I'm sure they will leave a generic response below saying they would love to have a conversation. We've had these conversations and they are enraging and not helpful.
