XFINITY STORE IN 517 SOUTH MASON RD KATY TEXAS is THE WORST Store I've ever been because of their Bad Customer Service specially their Supervisor Reina Mendez! She is RUDE and VERY INCOMPETENT! Reina Mendez called herself a supervisor and DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB!
