This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We lasted 24 hours. That's it. I ended up cancelling after 1 day. Its a record. I had issues with the self installation, which I was pressured into doing because they make their tech appointments nearly a month in advance. We got the equipment, nothing worked! When I called, I got apparently the biggest dud at comcast, who advised me a technician would be out the following day between 1 and 3. No one showed, I called in and they verified I was lied to. If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been loyal Comcast customers for years, we recently moved to a new development Which already has Comcast in it. Originally they told us it would take 7-10 business days to come out and now we are past that. Everytime we get ahold of someone they say “we don’t have your address in the system”... both neighbors to the left & the right of us have gotten hooked up. Have the nerve to try to keep charging you even after you ask for a return box for the equipment. Then they don't send the return box and try to charge you for the equipment. Their internet was inconsistent. Terrible customer service. They are barely better than frontier but just as dishonest. Worse than trying to cancel a crooked gym membership after a year of service.

I called to get internet, and the lady was very nice but after finishing my order I was then put on hold to speak to another representative.After telling the First Lady that I was not interested for a house security installation.
