fix the problem. don't have "customer service" people who don't provide service.
Comcast is the worst cable company ever invented. For the last six months we've been battling trying to get it down to the lowest rate possible and they keep throwing hidden fees in the bill. As soon as you talk to someone they tell you they can drop it down $20 but as soon as you try to say you're going to cancel they immediately drop at 60 but it's still over 150 a month. We tell them we don't want Sports packages or anything extra like that and when they say we can get it down to this but you'll lose your sports package a... read more
I live in an apartment complex and had constant problems. The technician came out repeatedly and could not fix it. He cut out all of the cable in the attic to rewire my whole apartment and then realized he didn't have the right equipment. I have been waiting weeks for them to come rewire my home as I have not had cable or Internet in a month. Excuses upon excuses why I have not seen anyone to repair it. I will never have Comcast again.
You can let Tony your little equipment picker upper know if he rings my door bell at the ass crack of dawn again it won't be pretty. I have babies attempting to sleep. Their sleep is more important then your equipment. Unless Tony would like me visiting him at horrid hours of the morning. If he would like to get your equipment he can come during normal hours like a normal human. I will then gladly give him the junk. Also prepaid means.... prepaid not keep charging me. They suck all the way around. Terrible customer service!!! High prices and too many "mistakes" on the bill!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THINK OF ALL THE MONEY AMERICANS SPEND AND THERE ISNT ONE ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!! 1 hour and 50+ MINUTES IN THE PHONE AND THEN THEY WANT YOU TO MISS A DAY OF WORK SO A TECH CAN COME SOME TIME BY 8 PM TONIGHT!! UNBELIEVABLE!
