Comcast is fantastic! I love Comcast. We have the excellent and fast internet, the inexpensive telephone service and the magic TV cable. There are more channels than I will ever see in a lifetime. It can only be compared to being in Hawaii, the sun shinning, your eating a ice cream float of your choice and with someone you love. Yes, its that good. i been always getting really convergys or some lame third world call center. I been paying \$75 a month for very high speed. They constantly sneak the speed down on me and keep taking my money, Ireplaced every piece of equipment in doors.The phillipine person knocked out my cable modem after calling me a liar. On trying to reprovision the modem, I am now down to 6 megs. I asked for an american, they refused and argued with me. Then they offered a protection plan for service that the US company is interfering with. I could no... read more

Comcast SUCKS!!! they take away programming without telling you, while still charging you the same, and tell you that it was done beacause thats what the customers want. Terrible service. They dont ever get it set up so we get a good signal. I have paid for boxes I turned in a year ago and they still will not remove those charges! DO NOT GO WITH COMCAST.... use any other company
