The new Detroit sports channels are supposed to be working but the games stop after a few minutes. We called and they can’t do nothing about it. So we tried to fix our cable box issue (4 years now) and agent said they would send a new box later in the day. No one came. So … shitty service, shitty lying employees and only increased rates. I wish citizens knew they could ask their city council not to give Comcast a monopoly in operating licenses. It would save us, the people, so much exasperation.

Can I get into negative star-ratings please? My 70+ year old mother was charged for a storm ready wifi service that she never received equipment for from the company. After eight months of paying for the service and never receiving the equipment (storm ready wifi), we’ve been trying to get reimbursed, but the company has charged $252 for a service that was never available. Initially, I was upset because I was told I could get internet service for $19.99/month for 12 months, but it turned out to be $24.99/month. To make things worse, it later went to collections. However, years later, the collection was removed from my credit, and I can now say this place has earned 5 stars for fixing the mistake.
