Wish I read the reviews first before setting up my internet for my office with these guys.. They lied about the pricing, they've done nothing but charge me more for things I didn't ask for, and apparently they can legally get away with this? DO NOT get your internet with these guys. A lot of office spaces are in contracts with comcast and get kick backs for monopolizing the building. So CHOOSE A DIFFERENT OFFICE SPACE. They KNOW what they're doing.
I am forced to use Comcast Business in the office space I rent. Their customer service is terrible and it takes hours on the phone or multiple days to get a simple answer to question. If you can avoid them, definitely go with another service. If you are stuck with them like me, good luck.
Women Business Owners Beware – I am a woman owning a small business. I fell into a business phone trap by Comcast Business VoiceEdge with horrible service, difficulty (impossible) to use, over-charging and double charging, poorly trained customer service representatives giving contradictory instructions, ignoring my complaints and more.
