I am forced to use Comcast Business in the office space I rent. Their customer service is terrible and it takes hours on the phone or multiple days to get a simple answer to question. If you can avoid them, definitely go with another service. If you are stuck with them like me, good luck.

I fell into a business phone trap by Comcast Business VoiceEdge with horrible service, difficulty (impossible) to use, over-charging and double charging, poorly trained customer service representatives giving contradictory instructions, ignoring my complaints and more. Comcast Business started out legitimately amazing. The service worked smoothly, and the initial customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, that lasted about three months. After that, there was a drastic decline in both service quality and support. The internet became unreliable and eventually almost unusable. I contacted Comcast many times and was repeatedly promised repairs, credits, refunds, and follow-up, but those promises were not followed through on. This company is HORRIBLE to work with and put me in a huge lurch a few days before my business was set to open. Now I’m scrambling to find something else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Will be pulling my other business from them ASAP
