This was my third visit to this location in Merrillville, IN. Jade assisted me in activating my new Ipad and transferring my apps & pictures. She also took time to look over my Cable & Internet account. She made some corrections on my account that would help lower my future bills. Jonathan her manager was also a hugh help in making sure my visit was seemless and assisted when called upon. I will definitely continue to do my business with this Xfinity.store. My sister is proud of her phone from Xfinity but it needs to be checked out some more.
This company is a complete joke. This has been the most stressful enrollment process of any internet service provider. Reasons why you should stay away from Xfinity: 1) You cannot call to speak to anyone at the store 2) Attempting to call anyone through the 1-800 number results in ridiculously long wait times of over 30 minutes on average 3) The website simply doesn't work and takes you to error pages when trying to access account details 4) Much too long of wait times in the store as well 5) The employees allow other custom... read more
