By far...they are the worst company I have ever dealt with- bar none. Departments have no idea what is going on- with theirs or any others. I was just on hold for a half hour in talking to a supervisor and no one answered. Wonder how they stay in business!
Keeps cutting out and has horrible customer service. When my contract is up, I'm getting a different service.
