It’s pretty easy to harp on the employees here when the reality is their work load is saturated with rude customers who have no clue how anything works. Xfinity makes it fairly simple to use their services without ever having to go into a store. Unfortunately I was dealing with a new phone that would not activate and was forced to bring it in. My experience at this Xfinity location (Richfield, but soon to be Bloomington once they relocate) was awful. The person working their reception counter couldn't be bothered to give proper customer service. I showed up maybe 15 mins after they opened for the day and was 2nd in line to be helped. I waited and watched 5 other people get helped ahead of me. After sitting patiently for over an hour I went up to the desk and asked why so many folks had been helped before me when I was originally 2nd in line. Come to find out, if y... read more

Won't allow me to make an appointment on line. Go to store and stand there for over an hour waiting.
