Dr was honest and informative. Waiting room is a good size and clean. Front desk staff was friendly
First no matter what insurance you have except medicaid you have to pay up front. I had exrays done a week ago but want another $150 to repeat those. Really see no use for this group.
Very uninviting. Staff makes you feel awkward and unwelcomed, like a burden you're there for an appointment. I was the only person there, yet sat there for over an hour in the dental chair waiting. The assistant wouldn't even conversate, apparently I was holding them up from going home for the day. Very odd place that has a vending machine for narcan. Bizarre and shows what kind of patients they're more willing to accept I guess. I can see why the reviews are what they are.
Wonderful people! Great customer service. Dr Carson has such a great personality and he is absolutely amazing at his job. The ladies at the desk are so friendly and very helpful. I’m so glad I found this center and the price isn’t eye gauging.
