Front desk people are extremely rude, not helpful, and what they're doing is illegal holding my child's info to me when I'm on their paperwork! Complete joke and waste of time!!!

My appointment time was at 10:30am and it’s now 11:34 am and I haven’t been seen. I live a hour away and it’s a 2-3 hour wait every single time I come here. Which is EVERY WEEK. there’s a sign on the wall saying “if it’s 15 min past your wait time please notify the receptionist “ the response I got was terrible. “It’s just Dr. Warren he’ll take as long with you as he does the next person”. I’m sorry but I’ll be looking into a new Dr.office. This has become insane to me.

I think I left 5 stars last time, I was there with my daughter and everyone in the dental part was just amazing! Passing that, I took my daughter on the 18th and distinctly remembered updating her paperwork. Who ever I spoke to when I called up there earlier this week was so grouchy and mean over the phone too me. Im going up there tomorrow to make sure my daughters appointments date are good. But like I said that lady sounded older was so rude to me over the phone saying she couldn't discuss my daughters upcoming appointmen... read more

I was a patient here for years. I understand that pituitary tumors are rare but my symptoms were TOTALLY dismissed. I don't mean overlooked, I mean waved-off. Not all young people are drug-seeking, ok? Some of us have brain tumors and need actual help. I see a real doctor now... not in time to save my peripheral vision but I'll live.
