I have been a patient for about 10 years . The reason I have kept going was because of the Friday appointments with my primary care but today 3/5/26 they have informed me me my primary care doesn’t not see patients on Thursday or Fridays any more . My primary care has been changed 4 times in the time I have been here. I work Monday through Thursday 7 to 430 and 7 to 12 on Fridays so Friday afternoon appointments worked well for my husband and myself . Not only did the psychiatrist (Danielle Fowers) I was set up with have a sign on her wall that said “Please don’t swear or use Gods name in vain :)”, policing language in a mental health managing setting and pushing her religious feelings onto patients and wanting them to tiptoe around that, she told me I could “only” possibly take the two separate sleeping medications she was prescribing me, after I was describing extreme panic attacks related to frequent sleep paralysis and nightmares. Front desk people are extremely rude, not helpful, and what they're doing is illegal holding my child's info to me when I'm on their paperwork! Complete joke and waste of time!!!
