I won't be returning after doctor Carson dismissed my symptoms only ran test that have been repeatedly ran in the past. I have since found out there was infections that all my symptoms relate to he just dismissed as mental health that have very damaging effects if I could find the survey that was sent to me I would fill it out with more detailed information.
