To be clear the only reason I am giving COMC a one star is so I can leave this, Out of all the staff there there is maybe two receptionist that are pleasant and thoughtful. The rest of them are rude and crude and very unkind. When people go in to see a doctor, it’s not because they’re having a great day because things are going well. Paid 150 dollars for them to forget to print my paperwork and leave me waiting for 11 days. Upon calling them I was informed that they would now get it handled and it would be an additional 2 weeks before they could schedule an appointment.
Go to the veterinarian, you'll pay less, get better care, and be treated with more empathy & respect. This facility and providers refuse to take accountability when they are wrong.
Worst medical care I've ever received. Caused me a stroke cause I lost medicade in the winter. Could afford to see the doctor so he cut me off all of my medication until I saw them. Not taking my blood pressure medication caused the stroke. Now their changing my medication without seeing me or talking to me first. This place is likely to kill you.
Absolutely love Dr. T (dentist) here, I’ve been going to him for about a year and he’s truly the best dentist I’ve had in my life. He’s so caring, gentle and does the best work I’ve ever had. He truly listens to his patients and you can tell he loves what he does. I highly recommend him!
