My only experience with this property management company is unfortunately limited to 1 unfortunate incident. Under the management of Pauline, the property in question proceeded with the complete removal of all palm trees situated between our properties, thereby eliminating all privacy for multiple neighboring homes. This action was taken without any prior consultation or notification to affected residents.
