Here’s the deal. My Mom had an accident in Winchester, VA and she lives in Berkeley Springs, WV so the police person called me ask us where to tow her vehicle. We gave the police person the name of the auto repair shop but no the driver of Combs took it to their lot. Now my Mom 83 years old and she was upset not injured (thank god). She doesn’t know anything about this kinda of thing . So now they put it on there lot which creates a lot fee and a additional charge for towing. No thanks to this company. Not good service.
