Exiting a ramp from I-71, I rear ended another car. I took my car here because is it near my work. It was the first time that I ever needed a body shop. They did a great job. It is an older car so I was not optimistic about a decent color match. It turned out well. I recommend Combs.
This is the only way I can find to communicate to you here. Are you permanently closing your access to Caine Rd? Because when I go to the Shell station, it's the only access to go east on Snouffer Rd, other than to go around by Billingsley. I would think your own customers would also find that awkward. I've never used your service, so the star-rating is only so I can post this to you. Other folks: as far as I know, these guys do good work.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Combs Collision. I just took my SUV in for repairs on the bumper and they did a great job. They were really nice and did a great job explaining the process and keeping me informed. They also finished the work in a day, which was amazing to me and it was 1/4th of the time they'd estimated. When I picked up my vehicle the repairs looked great and my car was shining inside and out. I have a choice when I go get my car repaired and I will choose Combs again. Great work, great staff.
My Dodge Challenger had some front end damage took it to Combs and I was already upset that it got hit but was more upset they could not get the stripe I had. Brent called me and kept me updated every step of the way and found a really cool metallic purple stripe to put on it!!! She looks gorgeous!!!! I didn't think she could look any better but she does!!! Thank you so much combs collision and especially Brent for taking care of me and my dream car!!!
STAY AWAY!! If your looking for a body shop only concerned with cashing you insurance check, you've found the place! Took my car in to repair some damage to the rear bumper. Went to pick it up and there was a backup sensor that wasn't painted and a screw in my tire. After haggling with them, I finally got them to plug the tire and paint the sensor.
