We were only at Combs for six months. When we moved in, we had no idea we'd be selling our camper 6 months later. But that's how life goes, right? Nonetheless, we had a very pleasant stay at Combs. Lots of amenities, level ground, plenty of lighting and security. I'd say it's definitely worth the money.
