Sherri Murphy was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the entire facility, showed us everything, and was customer service oriented. The facility is clean, organized, and provides all resources needed for storing a trailer or RV. We are extremely happy with Combs!
We have now been waiting for 45 minutes for the BNF train to move so we can go park our RV. The park is nice but the only complaint I have is this is twice that we’ve come back on a Saturday night and the BNF train Has blocked our ability to park our RV after driving 12 hours. This is a problem.
Combs follows the K.I.S.S. principle. Covered RV storage, with electricity, plus good onsite amenities such as a wash bay, propane, and ice. Site laid out well for maneuvering a 35' 5th wheel. 24/7 access through a phone app and staff on site on business days during the week. Plus, constant communication through e-mail.
Doesn't get better. Easy access. Huge lot. So much space to maneuver. Feels safe. Service was patient and kind!
