Have been taking my Forester to Combined Servicing for nearly 10 years, this is my first with new owner Raj. Excellent service, dealt with a major oil leak and other issues. Provided a loan car for the duration and regular updates showing progress. Fair pricing and the car is running a treat
Business was taken over on December 2024 under new management. Being a regular customer of previous owners, I went in for a service, got a quote and it was then I understood their practice methodology for cost inflation. They say they charge per the work they do. That in fact works out far more expensive than hourly. Opposite to previous owners Business mentality. I would not call them honest. Something that should cost at least $350 will cost you FROM $600. Don't be fooled. Will not recommend.
I got my Subaru serviced for the first time recently at Combined Servicing and Raj was super helpful! Very friendly, explained everything clearly, and was very accomodating when I realised I had one more request that needed fulfilling and he completed it right away. He explained everything that needed repair in detail and when my car was ready he showed me what was taken out. Excellent service, ans communication. I highly recommend Combined Service to everyone. My Subaru Outback had an issue with the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), so I took it to Combined Servicing at short notice. Although Raj was very busy, he did a forced regeneration of the DPF while I waited and diagnosed the fault as oil dilution. I'm booked to go back next week to have an oil change to clear the fault code. These guys are amazing. Highly recommended!
