Rented a house in KG for 3 years - zero house inspections. That sounds great - until you want your bond back. Moved out after trying to renew the lease and having it refused. They did not perform a final inspection until 2 months later and then had the nerve to take gardening out of bond because "we left the garden out of hand". Rented with them last year. Abysmal. Very unprofessional. We would have to call several times to speak with someone, always told someone would call back and they wouldn't. Very unhelpful when moving out in regards to forms for return of bond and stopping automatic rent payments. I have rented for 5 years in QLD and never dealt with such an incompetent agent

We've rented with Combined for over two years. They really have their process down to an art and have always been very organised, providing us with pdf versions of all the forms we would need ahead of time. Always gotten back to us with requests promptly. Very systematic, but organised. Only thing is they use the rentpay service which charges a fee of $3 a fortnight. It's a decent system so I don't mind too much.
