I went here today for the first time and found the experience to be unexpectedly positive and surprisingly pleasant! It made me want to collect and sell more scrap! Everyone we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful, including other (experienced) customers who knew how the process worked and provided helpful guidance (when I asked) about where to go and what to do.
