Big thank you to the ambulance crew who took my mother home today Steven and Veronica were brilliant despite one nurse being incompetent on the ward they both stayed very calm and professional, my mother suffers with a bad back and Steven the driver made sure we had a smooth journey, Veronica who was with us in the back was very kind and extremely attentive and did everything with a smile on her face. Both of them were great thank you very much for a great service we need more people like these two!
