Absolute joke of a customer service department. It took about 15 phone calls over the course of a year to resolve my issue and then when I thought everything was settled, I get an erroneous tax form in the mail causing a delay in my tax preparation. Trying to get this sorted out and I just get bounced to different customer service reps who tell me to email while email tells me to call while the phone reps tell me I need to mail a letter or fax. Stay away.

If it were possible to give a zero rating I would! Never have I experienced so much inadequacy! Meaning that we’re going to screw me from the start! I cancelled the policy because I had the original agent to sign me up then another agent called me trying to undermine the original agent! I called the original agent and told him what had transpired! He was not pleased, at all! So after the first payment was drafted from my checking account the never sent me my policy! Una basura de fraude y engaño he tenido que hacer miles de llamadas para que me den lo que me deben y solo me dicen que ya está en manos del ajustador que les de máximo 3 días para recibir mi cheque, y así an pasado 5 meses , tuve que poner una estrella para que me permita hacer la publicidad pero no merece ninguna
