I have been trying to resolve a claim with this company for more than three months, and the experience has been completely unacceptable. They constantly promise updates or resolutions within “10 to 15 business days,” yet months continue to pass with no real progress or solution. Combined insurance is a joke they overcharge you and then when you get hurt, they don’t pay you or do everything they can to discourage you from submitting a claim they owe me thousands of dollars and are playing stupid not wanting Pay me anything

Absolute joke of a customer service department. It took about 15 phone calls over the course of a year to resolve my issue and then when I thought everything was settled, I get an erroneous tax form in the mail causing a delay in my tax preparation. Trying to get this sorted out and I just get bounced to different customer service reps who tell me to email while email tells me to call while the phone reps tell me I need to mail a letter or fax. Stay away.

If it were possible to give a zero rating I would! Never have I experienced so much inadequacy! Meaning that we’re going to screw me from the start! I cancelled the policy because I had the original agent to sign me up then another agent called me trying to undermine the original agent! I called the original agent and told him what had transpired! He was not pleased, at all! So after the first payment was drafted from my checking account the never sent me my policy!
