The only reason they have one star is because they had the machine that we needed without waiting. We paid in full that day with them telling us they would bill our insurance and reimburse us after the insurance paid. That was six months ago. It took them three months to file. They will not accept Medicare insurance even though we have BCBS as a secondary insurance. Said it was a management decision.

I've only been two time but I can tell you both times I left smiling & satisfied. The ladies that work here dont only help you the best they can, they also make you feel at home. Plus they are one of the only places in the oklahoma area that still read phillip & pascel machines. However you spell it 😆
