Jordan and Rudy performed a routine service of the furnace today. They were on time, communicative, efficient, and friendly. Job went well.
Jordan & Rudy were such pleasant and efficient service personnel. They were very meticulous and knowledgeable. They provided excellent service for the furnace, changing the filters on their own initiative without being asked to do so. They got the furnace cleaned and going in a timely manner. It was such a pleasant experience overall because of their positive attitude. Thank you CES for having such valuable service personnel. .
Wonderful company. Great rates. Highly recommend!! Thomas and Cory were awesome and extremely helpful and did a great installation, very throughout checking for leaks, making sure all was ready to roll. Very happy!
Inzrit came out this morning to deliver propane. Since we were worried about a leak, he took the time to test for one while answering my brother’s questions. When he found one he took the time to remedy it and explained how my brother could test it himself monthly. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Later this afternoon Chris C showed up stating they had noticed an issue with our sensor, that the connection was intermittent and he replaced it. CES is absolutely the BEST! They were extremely responsive and professional since the moment we called (after learning that Paraco Gas couldn’t service our home for over 3 weeks at the end of the month) Spoke with Jay and had a new gas tank delivered by Nick the next day, who made sure everything was working great.
