Poor business in dealing with customers when you give no written agreement or verbal communication that you are allowed to add on to a deposit after it has been paid. I was asked for an additional $200, 4 months after giving a $325 deposit to turn on my energy service. I was told if it was not paid, my meter would be locked until it was.
