Heathe and his team at CCS Heating and Cooling are to be commended for their work and responsive when you have a question or concern. Heathe goes over and above to respond to customers new and old-you will never be left waiting. We had a heat pump installed five years ago and haven't regretted it at all. We recently had our heat pump serviced and the technician that was sent out, Olek went above and beyond to take care of our heat pump. So.....if you are in the market for a new heat pump then do not hesitate and use CCS Heat... read more
Highly recommended. Installed Mitsubishi mini splits in main bedroom and upstairs for air conditioning during the heat of summer. Great initial contact and fair quote from Heathe. He explained options regarding size and location of the units. Professional and courteous installation. I was home during the install and was impressed by the Team including installation, attention to detail and cleaning up after. Also, great communication and knowledge. The outside unit is very quiet and sits on our patio a few feet from where we ... read more

The installers were courteous on time and always cleaned up after themselves. The follow-up support has been great and we have been very happy with th... read more
We just contracted CCS to install a heat pump in our condo. From the initial consultation, right through until completion, everyone at CCS was great to work with. Heathe was solution-focused and extremely informative with any questions we had. He was focused on ensuring our system was installed at the most efficient points in our condo to both minimize disruption during installation and maximize comfort and efficiency for the lifetime of the system. Brody and his crew were timely, efficient, informative, and extremely clean.... read more
The 4 man crew Dave, Eddy, Andrew, Nathan were a great crew. By the second day we had a warm house . While the equipment is running we cannot hear it. We are very very happy with the results.
