Very dissatisfied with the service provided and they overcharged as a customer even the customer service team is not very courteous
First off their telephone service hangs up on you when you try to reach the directory again after being told it's "telephone answerers" are all busy. Requiring you to call again and not being able to leave a message or stay on hold. It automatically kicks you off the call. I was calling to report that one of their drivers in the van, vehicle numbers marked: 18-04 was driving extremely reckless going southbound on Winston Churchill Drive at approximately 2:18pm today.
