I ordered from combine brothers.. my 1st order with them I ordered lasagna Keep in mind that lasagna is my very favorite food, but it must be made right! If the noodles are over-cooked and hard around the edges.. or too runny.. I was in the mood for some homemade Italian food yesterday evening and I went to Combine Brother’s in Boardman, OH. I ordered the fried cheese appetizer which was homemade, hand breaded and fried for my starter. The sauce was so good! And for my main portion I had the Tuscan Fettuccine Alfredo with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and grilled chicken. The sauce had so much flavor it was ridiculous. I have to say I was very disappointed in regard to their spaghetti sauce. I was there about 2 weeks ago with a friend and evidently their sauce recipe has changed. I have been there many times in the past and it was delicious! This time the spaghetti sauce had a horrible sour taste to it. I gave my leftovers to a friend to get his opinion and he didn’t like it either so it got thrown away. Hope they go back to the recipe everyone loved.
