Loving my visits to combine Air The Shire! The staff are committed to helping me achieve the results I am after from training and Pilates. The vibes are super friendly and an added bonus is that parking is ample!!

This is a totally unique training experience, attended the altitude training and loved it! Thanks Renata for an awesome session (had to have a Nana nap afterwards). Classes not too big, plenty of equipment and expertise from the trainer. Great facilities, really clean, new etc. The recovery facilites are great and there's also a really good pilates studio. No issues with parking here either, right outside the door.
