*Edit* I had a call from the VP of the location and I'm hopeful things will be better. If they are, I will amend this again. I have had nothing but problems with the parts department. You call to get a quote or order parts and they immediately tell you to email them. If they would respond to emails, I would do that all the time, but they don't. I don't know anything about the service side of it, but I would go somewhere else for parts.

Parts department takes several days to reply back to emails. Serious hold up for customers.
I have a 2 for this reason. Fist the service department is freaking great. Ginger has got it down she makes it all possible. So to the service department 5 Stars. The parts department is in my opinion a joke. Jonathan could care less if you are down and I promise you he will be in no hurry to respond to your email for parts. I actually had to have another branch order a part that was received the next day because I never received pricing from Jonathan and to this day haven’t received what I asked for from the parts dept.
