Unable to comment on their work as they didn't bother to turn up, nor let me know they weren't coming. Agreed a date and time for my boiler to be serviced, I rushed home from work to be there, even sent a message and called and left a voicemail as the time was passing and it was becoming obvious that they weren't coming. No response to my voicemail or text. Still no contact a week later. Appalling way to treat people.

I would like to express my thanks for the fantastic service I’ve received from Combi Comfort Plumbing & Heating. I’ve used them a few times for different works at rental properties such as leaky pipes, annual gas certification etc. Each time I receive a professional and swift service for sensible prices. I can’t thank the team enough for taking the back ache out of my property maintenance and I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

We made an appointment with this business to fix a water leak and asked our son to wait in as we were away for a few days, however the plumber did not turn up as planned and when we txt to ask why this was the response - “ I’m so sorry I had an emergency call out down west which I HAD to attend due to it being a gas leak. Unfortunately this is the nature of the job, and we gave to prioritise. I did try calling but where we were there was little signal. I have now just come back in signal and received your message”. Excellent service from the guys, responded quickly ( very) , their workmanship was brilliant, neat, tidy and cheaper than they originally quoted!!!!!! Never seen that before. Will be recommending Anthony to my family and friends that’s for sure. Thanks for everything Anthony.

The service provided by Anthony at Combi Comfort is unquestionable. Anthony was at the property in less than an hour and resolved the issues I has having with my gas boiler. Anthony followed up his callout to me by dropping me a call a few days later to check all was well. This is what to expect from a company cares!
