The Broadway location is beautiful. But NEVER use this funeral facility until the employee Nicole Schuknecht is no longer employed. We were welcomed by the receptionist and she took us to a room to discuss our options. Nichole walked in very cold, short with us when we had questions and immediately told us what the price was and asked if we could afford this; as if to say because we were Spanish we couldn't possibly pay for the funeral we wanted. Ken and Nicole did an awesome job during our family's difficult time with the death of not only our mother's but also my husband's. They did an excellent job in providing all that is necessary for both of our loved ones. They assisted me with my husband's obituary, candles, folders and everything that I needed and I am very grateful for all that they assisted me with.
