Absolutely horrible. We started here with Dr. Reynolds this summer and she has rescheduled each appointment for my daughter multiple times last minute. It’s taken longer than a week to get my daughter’s prescription refilled each time and now I am having to take my daughter out of school to be seen last minute today because they are refusing to refill her prescription without an appointment even though THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT!! This place has always been helpful. Kind and supportive people.
I was going to the Clinic when it was at Highland Hospital, even before that when the staff was at Sunrise Canyon. So, it was a huge surprise for me that when I went to my appointment on 4th street that I didn’t have a doctor. I also didn’t know they were closing and wasn’t told. I didn’t receive a letter, a phone call, or a courtesy text. I was real surprised when I found out yesterday that they were relocated to YWCA.
