Came asap and sorted the problem with minimum of fuss. Very kind and helpful.
Absolute con man! Came to fix my boiler......3 times! Thick black smoke pouring from boiler after second fix & SERVICE but left third fix with cover unable to be put back on or it boiler would just cut off. Got another company out to fix properly & they fixed it first time & also stated that the new oil pump Ken said he had put in was not new. Also had an incorrect nozzle fitted & air level was nearly at zero.
