Excellent dentist that I am fully confident has my best interest as a priority. Providing non pushy options and honest advice. Also very pleasant and personable.
Lovely people and a welcoming environment all around, from the specialists to the receptionists, they've got a fantastic team in place who will really take care of you. They really have the patients best interests in mind couldn't recommend them more.
Horrific experience as a new patient to the practice. I had the misfortune of seeing Dr Karim Abdel Khalek. From the minute I entered the room I was interrigated and belittled. Everything i said he had a smug attitude and a cutting answer to everything i said. I felt completely ripped apart. It felt like a police interrogation. I had to leave in a flood of tears. Was suffering badly over the weekend and got an appointment next day Had to have a tooth pulled, but this was done with real care and attention to detail. Everything was explained in a clear and understanding way. When it came to the injections it was done carefully and the tooth extracted forcibly but gently. I was really happy with the way it was all handled and Richard and the team were absolutely brilliant
Great experience, great team of people.
