I cannot say enough positive things about Coach Allan! My son has ADHD and is on the autism spectrum, and Coach Allan has been incredibly patient, understanding, and exceptional when working with him. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is that my son has started making eye contact, which is something he has never done before. Great gym. Love the coach and all the people that go here. Was nerve racking up until I walked through the door. They treat you like family here. Super welcoming, especially for an entry level adult.
Very family oriented, and kid friendly. Both my boys "ages 5 & 8" along with myself, are currently enrolled in weekly classes. The environment welcomes all ages and abilities. Would highly recommend 👊👊👊
