Very unprofessional
Is this a real business? Booked an appointment on their website. No confirmation, didn’t show up. Called them and they said pick up changed extra. Gave them the address for pick up again and didn’t show up. The biggest waste of time. Reply to owner: we called that exact number provided today and were told pick up is extra which is no problem. If you’re too busy, you should have said so or reschedule or don’t offer pick up.
