Just wow. I injured my ankle so many years ago, I can't even remember it working properly anymore - yet Chris was able to increase mobility and comfort during the first session. She gave me EASY exercises and stretches to do that I will actually do. And she is affordable. I am so lucky to have found her! I look forward to seeing continued improvement and I now believe there is actually hope that I may have a normal-size ankle again some day. Thank you, Chris!
Chris is a PT Wizard! Her feel and skill at physical therapy makes her second to none. She has a keen eye and can hone in on even the smallest dysfunctions in your movement. Not having to deal with insurance is fantastic because it frees her up to treat as long as necessary and whatever part of the body needs it, not just what your prescription says. She has a deep and versatile skill set and never quits learning. She has improved my movement dramatically as we have unraveled years of dysfunctional patterns.
