If you are in pain, this is not your hospital!!! I have been here for 5 days and every night at midnight the nurses take away my water, pain medications and tranqlizers. At around 5:30 a.m. I am told I will be going to surgery to fix a broken leg. At around 7:45 a.m. they bring me a food tray because my surgery was called off!!! Then my leg gets worse, and my bill goes up!!!

My experience at this hospital is mixed. My mom went here for surgery. Some of the staff were very helpful and some were not helpful at all. They did not explain things well and waited to long to address issues that come up. Surgeon Kelly Means is rude. I learned from some of the nurses his name is Dr. mean because he does not like to be called at night. He is not a competent doctor. The pastor and some of the nurses are great. I wish they gave you the option of leaving zero Stars. I have had to rely on services of this ER on several occasions with a family of five and every time I am at with the most disrespectful rudest self-centered staff I've ever seen I get more courtesy from the staff at a mini mart than I do them it's as if they only hire employees with narcissistic behavior who lack all form of empathy and compassion it ranged from my 8-year-old daughter's broken arm to the loss of my wife this last and final visit I may add unfortunately t... read more
