Beautiful office!
The staff was great to work with!
Closed a land trade in this office. It was an extremely smooth transaction from start to finish. Every staff member we dealt with was professional, courteous and prompt. If needed, we will complete any transaction in the future at CCAC.
Closing was delayed repeatedly, and once scheduled and given the go-ahead, it was pushed back again. Scheduled for 1:00, pushed back to 1:30. At 1:00, told it was pushed back to 2:30. Then we weren't told anything, just sat in the office waiting and waiting and waiting. At 5:15, we were finally able to sign papers. We stood around the counter in the title office, no accommodations made for us to sit or any room made for us to sign at the counter.
