Had an initial visit with Dr. Donahue today because my primary care physician referred me to him to help guide my TRT journey. I knew as soon as he walked into the room that it was going to go poorly. Everything about him (his words, body language, facial expressions) exudes apathy and rudeness. “Stacy” who works a ls a receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional! She has an attitude problem and should probably be working in the back and not at the front desk greeting patients. Stacy, if you have an issue with what is said please ask me about it the next time I come in for an appointment. - HB
In my experience, Dr Donahue was overall very unprofessional and rude. Rushing all the time...we only talked for 5 mins. I learned I had UTI because I got a call from my pharmacy, not from them. Then, ordered a CT Urogram to find more details on a kidney unsual image. Days after, he called me to suggest I see a Gastroenterologist right away, mentioning I have a big mass on pancreas. I learned it is a tumor only because I was referred to Oncology by my PCP and also requested a copy of the report. I hope never get referred to ... read more
Front desk staff is rude. Canceled my appointment.
Seriously, what a service 😆 Dr Donaheu rushed all the time, I waited for about 20 minutes and talked to him, 2. No explanation or whatsoever, just a few questions, and I was ready to go. This was my first visit and the last one. Please let me know if you have a good urologist, I need a new one. Let me update my first review.
