Don't listen to anything on their website if you are not rich they are not willing to help you I "walked out" on two appointments both of which I had things come up right before hand thus I was unable to pay any longer at that time so I told them *IN PERSON* that I would need to reschedule instead of charging me the reschedule fee they simply told me they wouldn't help me, im sorry that my wife has seizures and cannot work/drive and I am the only one able to have a job thus we have a single income and I work 90% of the week,... read more
If you are not wealthy do not bother with this practice, they will not work with you and do not care if you are struggling, they do not care that life seldom cares you had plans previously, they will not inform you of hidden charges then penalize you for not being aware of their own policies, and even after being made aware of said policies not allowing you to simply pay the fee that no one told you was a policy to begin with, I will be posting this to and social site yelp ect. as the actions of the staff are both inappropri... read more
